柴油机供油系统中汽泡含量不稳定性的研究

摘    要:供助CCD摄像机,高速A/D转换板(采集速率为1m/s),图象采集卡,微型计算机和其他测试仪器对实际运转柴油机供油系统中的液-汽两相流动不稳定性进行了试验研究。通过对同一工况的不同循环间音速,压力波及频谱分析,研究循环间汽泡含量规律以及汽泡含量变化对系统音速和压力波动产生的影响。

Abstract:In this paper,by using a CCD camera,high speed A/D card(sampling rate 1m/s),computer and some other apparatuses,an investigation on the instability of oil-gas two phase flow in fuel injection system has been carried out on a running diesel engine. With the analysis of sound velocity, pressure oscilation and frequency spectrum of the pressure wave in different cycles under the same operation condition,a study of the changing regularity of bubbles quantities and its influence on sound velocity and pressure oscillation has been made.
