中压共轨柴油机电控可变气门系统的试验研究

摘    要:介绍了中压共轨电控柴油机可变气门系统的构成及工作原理,建立了该系统的试验台来,并对电控可变气门系统的性能参数进行了测试,给出了不同参数对可变气门系统性能的影响规律。试验结果表明,本电控可变气门系统对气门正时与持续期、气门升程、气门动作速度等参数都能进行灵活、准确地调节,并且调节途径多样。系统工作稳定,可靠,可以控制。

Abstract:In this paper, a new kind of electronically controlled variable valve system(VVS) for diesel engine-the medium pressure common rail hydraulically actuating electronically controlled variable valve system has been described in construction and working principle. In this system, valve timing,lift and duration can be adjusted easily and accurately with Electronically Control Unit(ECU) accrding to the running parameters of the diesel engine. An experiment bench for the system has been built up. Many experiments have been carried out to find the influences of many structure paraments on the system performances. The results have been illustrated in detail,and analyzed from the principle. The experimental resea-rch shows that the sysytem is an accurate,flexible, controllable,and reliable variable valve system.
