摘    要:垃圾的热值是决定垃圾能否采取热处理的一个重要因素,同时也是确定热处理过程中辅助燃料用量的一个重要依据。目前,关于垃圾热值的研究主要集中于垃圾热值的影响因素和相关计算公式或预测模型。详细阐述了垃圾热值的国内外研究进展,讨论了垃圾热值的主要影响因素、计算公式及预测模型。结果表明:含水率是影响垃圾热值的主要因素,垃圾前期分类收集是降低垃圾含水率的最有效途径;垃圾热值的计算公式和预测模型大多数是基于国外垃圾,针对国内垃圾的相关计算公式和预测模型较少,且精确度较低。由此可见,关于垃圾前期分类收集、适用于国内垃圾的计算公式和预测模型是未来研究的重中之重。

Abstract:As an important reference data of whether garbage can be incinerated or not, the calorific value of garbage is also an important parameter that directly affects the amount of auxiliary fuel used in incineration. At present, the research on garbage calorific value mainly focuses on the influencing factors of garbage calorific value and related calculation formulas or prediction models. In this paper, the research progress of garbage calorific value at home and abroad was described in detail, and the main influencing factors, calculation formulas and prediction models of garbage calorific value were discussed. The results show that the water content was the main factor affecting the calorific value of garbage, garbage classification and collection of early most effective way was to reduce the moisture content of MSW; calculation formula and the prediction model were based on the calorific value of garbage most of foreign waste, according to the related calculation formula of domestic garbage and the prediction model was less, and the accuracy was relatively low. From this point of view, the pre-classification collection of garbage, the calculation formula and prediction model suitable for domestic garbage become the main research directions in the future.
