超临界汽轮机喷嘴组渗硼表面处理

摘    要:介绍了我公司首次生产的超临界汽轮机喷嘴组渗硼表面处理的制造过程。对生产中所涉及的技术难点进行了分析,在渗硼剂的选择、渗硼工艺参数的优化、专用渗硼密封装置的设计、现场工艺管理、质量检查等方面作了较为详细的说明。结果表明,产品完全满足设计要求,实现了关键进口零件的国产化自制也填补了国内空白。

Abstract:The manufacturing process of surface treatment of boronizing for the supercritical steam turbine made by STC for the first time is introduced and the technical difficulties concerned with the production is also analyzed,and then the issues are explained on choice of the boronizing agent,the optimization of the techno- logical parameter,the design of the special devices,the site production management,the quality inspection and so on.The result shows that the product has fully satisfied the requirements of design,and the key parts can be made by our own,which has filled in domestic gaps.
