摘    要:利用气态碳氢燃料作为再燃燃料,在1台93kW的卧式单角炉上进行了再燃的实验,研究了再燃区域长度、再燃燃料喷入位置及流量等关键因素对实际再燃过程脱硝效率的影响。实验结果表明:利用气态碳氢化合物作为再燃燃料能够有效降低NOx的排放量,在优化的实验条件下,最大可降低NOx的排放量达50%以上。图4表5参10

Abstract:A reburning experiment was carried out on a 93kW single-corner horizontal boiler, using some gaseous hydrocarbon fuel for reburning. The influences of the reburning zone's length, the spraying position of the reburning fuel, the flow rate as well as other key factors on the efficiency of denitration of the reburning process were studied. Results show that the reburning technology using gaseous hydrocarbons as reburning fuel, can effectively reduce NOx emisssion by more than 50% under optimal experimental conditions.
