摘    要:针对切向燃烧锅炉燃用劣质煤时的稳燃及水冷壁高温腐蚀等问题,采用PDA测量系统,对水平浓淡及垂直浓淡两种煤粉燃烧方式下的气固两相混合规律,进行了实验研究与数值模拟分析。结果表明:与垂直浓淡煤粉燃烧方式相比,水平浓淡煤粉燃烧方式在稳燃、低NOx排放、防结渣、防高温腐蚀等方面具有更优良的性能。图12表1参5

Abstract:With PDA system, the experiment and the number simulation on gas solid mixing has been conducted under Horizontal Bias Combustion (HBC) and Vertical Bias Combustion (VBC) for the combustion stability and the high temperature corrosion on the waterwall in the tangential fired fur nace utilizing the bad coal. It's showed that HBC is of the better performance than VBC on the com bustion stability, low NO x, the avoidance of slagging, the high temperature corrosion. Figs 12, table 1 and refs 5.
