基于梯度算子的煤耗与辅助汽水流量的通用关系式

摘    要:以火电机组热经济性分析的统一物理模型和数学模型为基础,借助偏微分理论和梯度算子,建立了辅助汽水流量变化对机组经济性影响的强度系数计算模型,只要通过强度系数乘以辅助汽水流量的变化值就可以方便地得到辅助汽水流量变化对煤耗率的影响,大大简化了计算.通过对某300MW、600MW和1 000 MW机组典型工况的计算表明,应用强度系数模型计算时计算量小、精度高,为火电机组节能降耗以及热力系统定量分析提供了一种新的思路和方法.

Abstract:Based on unified physical model and mathematical model for thermal-economic analysis of fossil fuel power plants,and with the aid of partial differential theory and gradient operator,a calculation model has been built for strength factors about influences of auxiliary steam-water flow on the unit economy,with which the influence can be conveniently obtained only by multiplying the variation value of steam-water flow by the strength factor.Through calculations for a 300 MW,a 600 MW and a 1 000 MW power unit ...
