摘    要:华能德州电厂3号炉自投运以来,其高温过热器和再热器发生多起受热面超温爆管事故,已影响了电厂的安全和经济运行,虽经多次技术改造,效果甚微。作者采用烟气侧相结合的方法,解决了此难题,获得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。该改造方案已推广到华能德洲电厂的其它锅炉,均取得了成功。

Abstract:Since Dezhou Power Plant's No.3 boiler running, many accidents of overheating tube rupture of secondary superheater and reheater have occurred. This paper put forward combining gas side and steam side method to solve the problem, and gained great social and economical benefit.It shows that it also obtained good effects to apply this method to Dezhou Power Plant's No.1 and No.2 boilers. Figs 7,table 1 and refs 3.
