石灰石对CFB锅炉灰熔性影响的试验研究

摘    要:根据石灰石在CFB锅炉中的化学变化行为,对3种分别添加了石灰、硫酸钙以及石灰和硫酸钙不同配比混合物的煤灰进行了熔融性测定试验。试验结果表明:石灰石对灰渣熔融性温度影响明显,显著降低高熔点灰渣的熔融性温度,大幅度地提高低熔点灰渣熔融性温度,中等熔点灰渣的熔融性温度略有降低。

Abstract:The fusibility test of three coal ashes with addition of lime, calcium sulfate and mixture of lime and calcium sulfate were conducted on the basis of chemical reaction behavior of limestone in CFB boiler furnace. Experiment results reveal that limestone has remarkable influence on ash fusibility. It can evidently decrease fusibility temperature of high fusion point ash, greatly increase fusibility temperature of low fusion point ash and make a slightly reduction on fusibility temperature of middling fusion point ash.
