电站锅炉汽包寿命在线监测系统

摘    要:在对锅炉汽包采用三维有限元理论计算的基础上,对传统的疲劳寿命计算方法(TRD301)提出了修改建议,并开发了一套锅炉汽包寿命在线监测系统。该系统利用计算机、智能化数据采集和通信转换对锅炉汽包运行全过程实行温度、压力和寿命的管理。经在某电站400t/h锅炉上运行,效果良好,达到了对锅炉汽包寿命进行在线监测和指导锅炉运行的目的。

Abstract:Based on computational results of three dimensions finite element method for boiler drum, an updated suggestion of traditional fatigue life calculation method (TRD301) is presented. And an on line monitoring system of life for boiler drum is developed. By means of computer, data collection and transition, the system can monitor temperature, pressure and life of boiler drum in total work process. This monitoring system works well at a 400t/h boiler drum of power station. The destinations of on line monitoring boiler drum life and guiding boiler work have been realized. Figs 4 and refs 8.
