旋转机械信号光电转换发送系统的研究

摘    要:通过对旋转离心风机叶片表面压力信号测量的应用,介绍了采用光电转换方式将旋转系统内部信号有效可靠地传送到静止系统的实验装置及电路。通过I^2C总线数据传输方式、光电“串行”及“准并行”光电传输方式,实现了对采样数据的发送,并将校验系统运用到该装置中,解决了动静系统的信号可靠高速传输的问题,该测试手段可广泛应用于旋转系统内部流场、压力、振动等的测量。图9参3。

Abstract:This paper introduces the theory and structure of the opt-electronic pressure measuring and transferring system, and this system has been used in the measuring the static pressure of the surface of the rotating centrifugal fan successfully. Through the I2C data transferring mode and the serial or parallel opt-electronic transferring mode, the sampling data can be sent reliably from rotating system to static system. The checking system is also used in this system. This method can be wildly used in the inner measurement of flow field, pressure, and vibrate.Figs 9 and refs 3.
