双进双出磨煤机气固两相流场的冷态试验

摘    要:对双进双出磨煤机进行了冷态模型试验研究,得到了滚筒式磨煤机中气固两相流场的运行特性,进一步弄清了不同流场运行方式对磨煤机干燥、研磨和气力输送过程的影响。所得结果对双进双出磨煤机的设计和控制具有指导作用。

Abstract:A series of cold model test had been carried out on double charge discharge coal ball mill. Operating characteristic of the gas solid two phase flow in cylinder coal ball mill had been obtained. It was further cleared that different flow fields influence drying coal, grinding coal and conveying pulverized coal in the ball mill. The results of cold model test are useful for design and control of double charge discharge coal ball mill. Figs 4, table 1 and refs 10.
