摘    要:以基于变压器星-角连接的串联谐振型三相双有源桥DC-DC变换器为研究对象。首先,对其工作原理进行详细分析,并推导电感电流、功率表达式,以及软开关条件;其次,将变压器副边电路折算至原边,使谐振变换器的电路模型得到大大简化,并以此为基础进行电路参数选择和硬件设计;然后,通过对变压器、电感、开关管的功率损耗进行分析,建立串联谐振型三相DAB变换器的总功率损耗模型;最后,设计500 W的实验样机对理论分析和损耗模型的准确性进行了验证。

Abstract:In this paper, the series resonant three-phase dual active bridge DC-DC converter based on the Y-Δ connection of the transformer is studied. First, the operation principle is analyzed in detail, and the inductor current, output power, and soft switching conditions are derived. Secondly, the secondary circuit of the transformer is reflected to the primary side, which greatly simplifies the circuit model of the converter. On this basis, the circuit parameters selection and hardware design are carried out. Then, by analyzing the power losses of transformer, inductor and switches, the total power loss model of series resonant three-phase DAB converter is established. Finally, a 500 W experimental prototype is designed to verify the accuracy of theoretical analysis and power loss model.
