摘    要:基于需求侧用户资源能量转换和存储设备的可调特性,分析电网故障后需求侧资源对改善配电网的脆弱性的价值。为最大化挖掘需求侧分布式能源对电网负荷恢复的作用,构建考虑规划-运行的两阶段需求侧资源优化选择模型。该模型在充分考虑不同电网故障场景的基础上,以系统投资成本和失负荷运行成本之和最小化为目标,同时考虑用户用能、系统运行等约束,通过优化选择可调用的需求侧分布式能源,实现需求侧资源对改善电网脆弱性的评估。选择某配电网为案例,分析不同需求侧资源优化选择方案对改善提升配电网脆弱性的效果,验证所提方法对于支撑配电网快速恢复的有效性。

Abstract:Based on the adjustable characteristics of demand-side energy conversion and storage devices, the value of demand-side resources to improve the vulnerability of distribution network after power failure was analyzed. In order to maximize the effect of demand-side distributed energy on power grid load recovery, a two-stage optimization demand-side resource optimization selection model considering planning and operation was constructed. On the basis of considering different fault scenarios, the model aims to minimize the sum of system investment cost and off-load operation cost. At the same time, considering the constraints of user energy consumption and system operation, the demand-side resources can be used to evaluate the vulnerability of power grid by optimizing and selecting the callable demand-side distributed energy. A distribution network was selected as a case to analyze the effect of different demand-side resource optimization options on improving the vulnerability of the distribution network, and the effectiveness of the proposed method for supporting the rapid recovery of the distribution network was verified.
