基于生物质碳的界面光热蒸发实验研究

摘    要:具有多孔结构的生物质碳可作为光热材料应用于界面光热蒸发。该文对具有不同表面形貌和多孔结构的多种生物质碳(碳化木块、榴莲壳与百香果皮)进行界面光热蒸发实验研究。研究结果表明:界面光热蒸发因良好的热限制实现了更高的光热利用率,复杂的表面形貌和多孔结构能进一步提升生物质碳的蒸发速率与光热利用率。其中,碳化百香果皮实现最佳的蒸发性能:一个标准太阳下的蒸发速率达到1.27 kg/(m2·h),光热利用率为88.6%。同时,生物质碳对盐度为3%(质量分数)的人工海水的脱盐率均高于99.5%。因此,生物质碳具有较好的海水淡化应用前景。

Abstract:Biomass carbon with porous structure can be used as a photothermal material for interface photothermal evaporation. In this paper, a variety of biomass carbons(carbonized wood block, durian shell and passion peel) with different morphologies and porous structures are used to conduct interface photothermal evaporation experiments. The research results show that the interfacial photothermal evaporation can achieve higher photothermal utilization efficiency due to good thermal limitation, and the complex surface morphology and porous structure can further improve the evaporation rate and photothermal utilization efficiency in the biomass carbon. Among them, the carbonized passion peel shows the best evaporation performance: under a standard sun, the evaporation rate reaches 1.27 kg/(m2·h), and the photothermal utilization efficiency is 88.6%. At the same time, the desalination rate of biomass carbons for artificial seawater with a salinity of 3% are higher than 99.5%. Therefore, the interfacial photothermal evaporation based on biomass carbon has a good application prospect for desalination.
