摘    要:建立了风电场发电可靠性模型,考虑了风的随机性,风电机组的强迫停运率,尾流效应以及不同风电场之间风的相关性。基于该模型和电力系统随机生产模拟,提出风电场容量可信度和可避免费用的计算方法,这对并网风电场的规划具有十分重要意义。

Abstract:Capacity credit and avoided cost are two major contributions of wind power plants to the host power systems,and also subjects to be studied to develop wind power.Therefore,anovel generation reliability model of wind power plants is developed,which takes into account the wind statistics,the forced outage rate(FOR),wake effects of wind turbine clusters and the wind correlation among wind power plants.Based on this model and power system probabilistic production simulation,the method for calculating capacity credit and avoided cost of wind power plants is presented in this paper.It is very important for wind farm planning.
