摘    要:提出了一种新型再生式除湿换热器,建立了物理和数学模型。通过实验得到了该除湿换热器的实际动态除湿性能;将除湿器除湿性能的模拟结果与实验结果进行比较,验证了数学模型的可靠性。研究结果表明:该文研制的再生式除湿换热器具有良好的除湿性能,在给定工况(温度为24.7℃,含湿量为12.41g/kg)下除湿率可达到43.8%;还分析了处理风速、再生温度以及除湿换热器厚度对除湿性能和压降的影响,获得了使除湿换热器性能最佳的管排、翅片间距和迎面风速参数。

Abstract:A new type of regenerative desiccant heat exchanger was proposed and developed.A physical and mathematical model was established.The actual dynamic dehumidification performance of the desiccant heat exchanger was obtained by experiments.It is found that the simulation results and experimental data of the dehumidifier agree well.The results show that this type of desiccant heat exchanger has a good performance and its dehumidification rate was 43.8% under given conditions(temperature is 24.7℃,humidity ratio is 12.41g/kg).Besides,effects of velocity,regeneration temperature and thickness of dehumidifier on performance and pressure drop were analyzed.Under given conditions,the parameters of tube row,fin pitch and velocity which may lead to the best dehumidification performance were analyzed.This type of desiccant heat exchanger is expected for wide use in the field of solar air conditioning and dehumidification.
