聚光条件下太阳电池的热电特性分析

摘    要:为了为进一步开发聚光光伏发电系统提供指导和依据,建立了聚光光伏发电系统的数学模型,然后对不同聚光光伏发电系统方案的热电特性进行了计算,分析了串联内阻和换热系数对系统性能的影响。结果表明,在特定的串联内阻下,太阳电池的峰值功率首先随光强的升高而直线升高,升高到一定程度后曲线变得平缓。曲线的拐点随串联内阻的降低而升高。换热系数越高,系统的性能越好,而且随着光强的升高,换热系数的影响越来越显著。

Abstract:A model of describing the thermal and power characteristic of solar cells in concentration was worked out, then the thermal and power characteristics in different series resistants and heat transfer coefficients were computed and analyzed. The results show that firstly the maximum electrical output power of solar cell increases sharply with increasing the concentration ratio, then the increase become slow and there is a inflexion in the flux. The inflexion increases with decreasing the series resistance of solar cell. The higher the heat transfer coefficient of a solar cell is increasing, the higher the efficient of a solar cell. The effect of heat transfer coefficient increases with increasing the concentration ratio.
