平板式太阳能电热联用面板

摘    要:在简要概述了温度对太阳电池影响的同时,综述了近十年用空气、水作工质的平板式太阳能电热面板的研究进展以及相关的性能评价方法。经过对比,相同条件下水冷面板相对于空冷热效率高20~45%,电效率高2~4%,因而是更合适的电热联用方案。在评价面板性能时,应该考虑电和热的品位差别。未来工作的思路可包括流道结构的设计、工质的筛选、电池封装和连接方式的改进等。

Abstract:Most of incidence radiations absorbed by solar cells are not converted to electricity but converted to heat leading to the increase of their temperature and the reduction of their electrical efficiency, that is 0.4 %/K- 0.65 %/K. Heat extracted by the fluid circulation in a PV/thermal combi-panel maintains the temperature of the solar cell and provides extra thermal output. The progress on PVT combi-panels in the latest 10 years was summarized, including air-cooling panels, water-cooling panels and evaluating methods of their performance. Water-cooling panels, which show 20% - 45% in thermal and 2% - 4% in electrical performances higher than air-cooling panels, are more suitable for combi-utilization. Future plans include design of flow channels, selection of working fluid, imprevement of solar cell encapsulation and contact methods and so on.
