| 摘 要： | 本文系统地设计与推导了电力行业CO2减排的主要技术经济指标,对1978～2009年中国电力CO2减排情况进行了量化计算与因素分析,并对"十二五"以及2020年有关指标进行了测算,最后分析了传统的电力规划技术经济指标与新的低碳发展指标体系的联系与区别。

Preliminary Study on the Technical and Economical Index System for Carbon Dioxide Emission Reduction of Chinese Electric Power Industry |

| Abstract: | This paper systematically introduces the main designed technical and economical indices of carbon dioxide emission reduction in Chinese electric power industry. According to quantitative calculation and influential factor analysis on the carbon dioxide emission reduction of Chinese electric power industry from 1978 to 2009, the author estimates and calculates the relevant indices during the Twelfth Five Year Plan and in 2020. Finally the author analyzes the relationship and difference between the conventional technical and economical indices of electric power planning and the new index system for the low carbon economy development. |
