摘    要:应用三维凿子动态分析仪(PDA)对某六角切向燃烧锅炉的冷态模型进行试验研究,通过对燃烧器出口区域气固两相速度场的测量和分析,发现六角切圆燃烧锅炉炉内主旋转气流旋转较弱,在燃烧器上部区域衰减很快,各角射流刚性差异较大,并从流场结构上分析了高温受热面结渣的原因。

Abstract:With the help of a three dimensional particle dynamic analyzer (PDA) an experimental study was conducted of a cold model for a hexagonal tangentially fired boiler. Through the measurement and analysis of the gas solid dual phase velocity field at the burner outlet zone it has been found that the hexagonal tangentially fired boiler features a relatively weak main rotational gas flow within the furnace and a drastic attenuation of the flow at the upper zone of the burner. There exists a relatively great variation of jet flow rigidity at various angles. An analysis of the cause of slag formation in high temperature heating surfaces has also been performed from the perspective of the flow field configuration.
