煤粉调节器的开发应用

摘    要:针对风扇磨制粉系统燃用混煤时燃烧经济性和稳定性差的现状,根据气固两相流动特性开发研制了了锅炉煤粉调节器。该项节器具有将下一次风中的较大颗粒转移至中一次风的功能,应用于双辽发电厂两台1021t/h锅炉上,取得了减少炉渣含碳量、提高燃尺度,调节主蒸汽和再蒸汽温度的效果。

Abstract:A fan mill based pulverized coal preparation system generally suffers from a poor combustion economy and stability when blended coals are burned. In view of this, a pulverized coal regulating device has been developed based on the gas solid two phase flow characteristics. The regulating device has the ability to transfer relatively larger pulverized coal particles in the next primary air to intermediary primary air. Its use on two 102 t/h boilers at Shuangliao Power Plant has resulted in a decrease of carbon content in boiler slag, an increased burn off rate and a higher effectiveness in the regulation of the main steam and reheat steam temperature.
