超临界汽轮机调节级叶片固体颗粒冲蚀特性的研究

摘    要:建立了高温条件下氧化铁颗粒撞击12Cr材料的冲蚀模型,并将此模型与透平级三维气固两相流运动特性的数值计算相结合,计算和分析了一台超临界汽轮机调节级在设计工况下喷嘴与动叶表面上的冲蚀量分布。计算结果表明,喷嘴压力面接近出口边缘的区域以及动叶压力面中后部区域是最容易受到固体颗粒冲蚀的部位,并且动叶易受冲蚀部位最大冲蚀量约为喷嘴易受冲蚀部位最大冲蚀量的1.5倍。

Abstract:An erosion model has been set up, which features the impingement of iron oxide particles on 12Cr material under elevated temperatures. By employing this model in conjunction with the numerical computations of three dimensional gas solid two phase flow kinetic characteristics of a turbine stage a calculation and analysis was conducted of the erosion rate distribution on the nozzle and moving blade surface in a supercritcial steam turbine governing stage under design operating conditions. Calculation results indicate that the the pressure surface of the nozzle near the trailing edge and that of moving blades at the middle and rear zones are most susceptible to solid particle erosion. Moreover, the maximum erosion rate occurring at the moving blade section readily susceptible to erosion is approximately 1.5 times of that occurring at the nozzle location readily exposed to erosion.
