摘    要:电厂锅炉火焰的温度场分布对于电厂的安全运行和燃烧诊断都具有极其重要的现实意义。运用计算机图像处理技术测量燃烧火焰的温度场分布是近年来国内外得到较多研究的一项技术。文中采用彩色CCD摄像机对炉膛火焰进行温度场计算,并对计算方法的误差进行了详尽的分析。试验结果表明,此方法简便可行,具有投入工业现场应用的前景。

Abstract:The flame temperature field distribution in a power plant boiler plays a very significant role in ensuring the safe operation of the power station and achieving a correct diagnosis of the boiler combustion conditions.The use of computer based image processing techniques has in recent years been accorded great attention in the study both at home and abroad of combustion flame temperature field measurements.The present paper deals with the calculation of a furnace flame temperature field by using a colored CCD camera with a detailed analysis of the calculation error under this method being given.The test results show that the proposed method features ease of application with good prospects for its use on work sites.
