摘    要:应用PRO/E三维造型软件对JS190柴油机进行了精确的三维建模,并用ANSYS有限元分析软件对不同方案进行有限元分析计算,以便找出应力集中的危险截面,为机体的改进设计提供依据。

Abstract:The authentic 3-D model was set up for the diesel engine with Pro/E software.The finite element analysis of the diesel engine was carried out with different projects.Based on the result of the ANSYS analysis,the diesel engine configuration was improved.The influence of configuration factors on the fatigue strength of engine body was found.The best design of the engine was got by the analysis.It also offered reference for the design of the engine in the future.
