| 摘 要： | 在对电力电缆运行方式、信息管理模式进行了调研的基础上,针对地区电力局电力电缆运行管理的现状,综合考虑了电力电缆网络分布兼具运行属性和地理空间属性的特点,提出了基于全新构架的B/S和C/S混合模式的三维地理电缆信息管理系统的总体开发方案。实现了对电力电缆的空间信息、工程信息的综合管理;可对电缆的运行、维护、检修以及缺陷管理、事故管理等进行全方位的管理。利用该系统来管理电力电缆,可以节约大量的资源,提高工作效率,提高管理质量。

| Abstract: | The existing problem of the power cable management system was analyzed, and the 3 D-GIS power cables information management system total design programs based on the above problem was proposed. The designed system realized the functions such as positioning point management, feeder pillar management, power cable management, electrical trench management and so on, which can greatly save resources, and increase the work efficiency and management quality with the mixed model of B/S and C/S. |
