摘    要:目前实用的吹灰器种类多,性能参差不齐,吹灰的作用机理尚不完全清楚,通过实验和理论计算分析,吹灰器吹灰性能受到灰特性、受热面结构、温度水平及气动力学工况等影响,其作用原理是:声波吹灰器的直接作用对象为受热面而非灰本身。

Abstract:At present, kinds of used ash blowers have some disadvantages, and mechanism of sootblowing has not been known well. In this article, with experiment and theoretical analysis, characteristics of sootblower is analyzed and obtained that performance of sootblower is influenced by characteristics of ash, structure of heat surface, temperature and flow situation of flue gas and so on. One important viewpoint is that object acted from sound wave is not ash itself but heat surface.
