某艇用高速柴油机风冷改水冷设计与分析

摘    要:将车用柴油机改为艇用,以柴油机的额定工况为设计工况。针对艇用推进主机冷却系统的工作特点,对中冷器和淡水冷却器分别进行改造设计,确定主要的设计流程和计算方法;将设计计算所得的理论值和实验值进行对比,分析两者之间产生偏差的主要原因;与实验结果对比证明设计符合艇用柴油机冷却要求。

Abstract:This paper changed the automotive diesel engine to the speedboat, taking the rated conditions of diesel engine as the design conditions. For the working characteristics-the speedboat advancing of the engine cooling system, the paper takes modified design to water cooler and intercooler respectively, the key design processes and methods of computation were determined. Then it compared experimental values and theoretical values, and analyzed deviations. The experimental results prove that the design meets the cooling requirements of speedboat diesel.
