有限元分析柴油机气缸孔变形的研究

摘    要:某重型发动机在设计开发阶段,为减少发动机的气缸孔变形,专门建立了相应的有限元模型对气缸体的变形进行优化计算。优化计算的主要变量是气缸盖螺栓的深度,缸套支撑台阶结构及机体顶面厚度。优化计算结果表明,优化后的最大气缸孔变形量与原设计方案相比减少了大约50%。经检测,实际气缸孔变形远小于气缸孔变形限值,这将有助于该重型发动机满足更苛刻的排放限值要求及更高的可靠性目标要求。

Abstract:A FEA model for distortion of diesel cylinder was established to analyze and optimize the distortion. The result shows that after optimization the strongest distortion of cylinder was cut down by 50%. Through experiment, the distortion is far lower than limitation. It is help to be up to rigor grade of emission control regulation and reliability.
