摘    要:提出了240柱塞偶件选用低碳少铝氮化新钢种25Cr2MoAl钢及对此相应采用廉价易行的气体氮化表面处理工艺的研究方案。笔者对该240柱塞偶件选用氮化新钢种,气体氮化最佳工艺方案,参数的选定和装车运行考核后的情况作了全面的阐述和分析。

Abstract:The Paper introduces the 240PMP made of a new kind of steel alloy the 25 Cr2MoAl and its gas nitriding tech-nique.Through analyzing and studying the test results of installed operation,we reached the conclusion that the 240PMP manufactured with steel alloy 25 Cr2MoAl is superior to other kinds of steel in the properties of anti-seizure of plunger anti-cavitation,anti-wear in early stage,anti-crack,long service life etc.
