| Abstract: | Water proof construction project work is the technical basis for approval of water permits;it is also a basic task to ensure the sustainable using of water resources.The scope of Water proof is broad,and it is a multi-disciplinary cross-work.Therefore,in order to achieve the sustainable using of water resources,Proof of Water Resources must be doing well.This article will demonstrate the current problems exist in Water Resources,and discussed how to establish a scientific evaluation system roundly. |
