| 摘 要： | 以四平市为例,对水文水资源环境管理和防洪减灾工作问题进行研究。指出暴雨、洪水、泥石流等灾害不但制约了地区的经济发展,也在一定程度上威胁到了人们的生命财产安全,要想避免灾害,水文工作者就需要加强水文水资源环境管理与防洪减灾工作。

| Abstract: | With Siping City as an example, the environmental management of hydrology and water resources and flood control are studied on. It is pointed out that the disasters such as rainstorm, flood and mudslides not only restricts the economic development of the region, but also threatens to people＆#39;s lives and property safety to a certain extent, and in order to avoid the occurrence of disasters, hydrological workers need to strengthen the work of environmental management of hydrology and water resources and flood control. |
