| 摘 要： | 根据国家能源审计的要求,研究石油企业的能源审计方法,探讨石油企业能源审计程序,建立一套科学规范、可操作性强的石油企业能源审计方法;为集团公司管理、生产部门加强企业节能节水管理工作提供决策支持。就目前的石油企业能源管理体制下,如何开展能源审计工作的方法进行了详细的阐述。
