摘    要:本文介绍了江西贵溪电厂工程三期#2国产640MW超临界直流锅炉,调试吹管采用稳降压联合吹管方式及吹管方法,分析了吹管中出现的等离子断弧、超温和磨煤机启动时注意的问题等,提出了吹管的控制要点.实际吹管效果良好,超临界直流炉采用稳压和降压联合吹管取得成功.

Abstract:This article describes 640MW supercritical boiler which belongs to the Guixi Power Plant Project # 2,introduces the mode and method of debugging blowpipe-stabling pressure and reducing stress combination,analysis the problem which identified in blowpipe-plasma breakdown,over-temperature,boot failure of coal pulverizes and so on,proposes the points of controlling blowpipe.Actually,the results is very good,using the method of stabling pressure and reducing stress combination in Supercritical Once-through Boil...
