| 摘 要： | 充分分析了单件小批生产企业的特点，对比了目前比较流行的生产计划的方法，提出了符合单件小批生产企业生产作业管理实际情况的作业计划和控制系统模型，这个模型以网络计划技术支撑，采用了基于BOM／BOP生成产品网络计划，基于网络图的多项目平衡优化，多级网络计划的编制与优化等关键技术，对生产作业计划和控制系统进行了总体设计。

| Abstract: | we analyze single - piece and small - batch enterprise＇ s characteristic, compare it＇ s current method for production management with the method of popular production planning in the world, and present the shop planning and control model for single - piece and small - batch enterprise, which has its local feature and is suitable for its situation. The module is built mainly based on the network planning technology based on BOM/BOP, and it adopts many key technologies such as optimal arithmetic of multi -projects balance based on network graph, multi -level network plan and others. We finish the whole design of the job shop planning and control. |
