摘    要:角管式天然气锅炉在氮氧化物控制方面具有一定的优势。本文采用"燃烧器+炉膛"整体协同设计方法,口设计开发了75t/h新型天然气角管式蒸汽锅炉。该锅炉具有启动平稳并且升负荷速度快的特点;结合外部烟气再循环,能够达到NO_x<30mg/m^3的超低氮排放要求。

Abstract:The corner-tube natural gas boiler has advantages in terms of NO_x control. Using "burner + furnace" synergistic design philosophy, a 75 t/h novel natural gas corner-tube steam was developed, which was featured with the stable and fast startup. Integrated with the external flue gas recirculation, it realized the ultra-low nitrogen emission of NO_x <30 mg/m^3.
