摘    要:空气预热器尺寸随着机组容量的增加逐渐增大,而空气预热器尺寸的增大会使得空气预热器出口烟温偏差增加,加之排烟温度整体不高,会使得部分区域温度低于烟气酸露点,在环保压力越来越大的背景下,机组出现堵灰的几率也随之增加,影响机组运行的安全运行。本文通过对比某电厂两台1000MW机组中具有几乎相同尺寸和换热面积的的三分仓和四分仓的空气预热器运行经济性和安全性数据,突出了四分仓空气预热器在两方面具有的优势。

Abstract:The size of air preheater increases gradually with the increase of unit capacity,and the increase of air preheater size will increase the deviation of flue gas temperature at the outlet of air preheater.In addition,the overall low exhaust gas temperature will make the temperature of some areas lower than the acid dew point of flue gas.Under the background of increasing denitrification pressure,the ash blocking of unit will occur.The rate also increases,affecting the safe operation of the unit.By comparing the operation economy and safety data of air preheaters with three-and four-compartments of almost the same size and heat transfer area in two 1000MW units of a power plant,the advantages of four-compartment air preheaters are highlighted in two aspects.
