摘    要:分析了某电厂锅炉低温段省煤器磨损泄漏的部位和原因,并进行锅炉整体热力计算,结合试验数据,确定了低温段省煤器的改造方案,将光管省煤器改成鳍片式省煤器。省煤器横向节距由98 mm增加到140 mm,纵向节距由60 mm减小到45 mm,受热面积由2 747 m2增加到5 448 m2,传热系数由76.5 W/(m2.K)降低到46.9 W/(m2.K)。改造后低温段省煤器吸热总量增加,排烟温度下降2.5℃,锅炉效率提高0.16个百分点,并进行了其它相关计算。本次改造需投入资金218万元,改造后每年带来经济效益为305.2万元。

Abstract:The paper analyzes the place and reason of worn - out and leakage of economizer in low temperature part of boiler in some power plant, and introduces the boiler whole thermal calculation. Combined with test data, renovation scheme of low temperature part economizer is confirmed, that Rectangular finned tube substitutes for slick tube on economizer. Transversal pitch of economizer in- creases from 98 mm to 140 mm, and longitudinal pitch decreases from 60 mm to 45 ram. Heated area increases from 2 747 m2 to 5 448 m2 ,and coefficient of heat transfer decreases from 76.5W/(m2·K) to 46.9W/( m2·K). Absorbed heat in low temperature part economizer increases,exhaust gas temperature declines 2.5℃, and boiler efficiency enhances a percentage of 0.16. Additionally, other correlation calculations are done. The cost of the renovation is 2.18 million RMB, however, the economic benefit every year is 3. 052 million RMB after renovation.
