Ti-75合金焊接应用可行性研究

摘    要:针对Ti-75合金强度高、冲击韧性和断裂韧性好,优异的冷、热加工性能以及低的杂质敏感性等特点进行焊接工艺试验。并对焊接样板分别做金相、拉伸、冲击、硬度等性能分析。通过实验研究表明Ti-75的焊后各项性能检测都可以到国家的相关要求,可以应用相关联的实际生产。

Abstract:For Ti - 75 alloy, high strength, impact toughness and fracture toughness, excellent thermal processing performance and low impurity sensitivity characteristics of the welding process test. And welding template do metallographic, tensile, impact, hardness and other properties. By the experi- mental results show that the performance testing after welding of Ti -75 can go to the relevant re- quirements of the country, can be applied to the actual production of the associated.
