基于ANSYS内燃机车柴油机曲轴三维有限元分析

摘    要:本文以内燃机车16V240柴油机曲轴为例,在PRO/E中进行三维实体建模;利用有限元分析软件ANSYS分析了曲轴的变形和应力状态并校核了曲轴的静强度与疲劳强度,为柴油机曲轴的结构优化设计提供了有价值的参考依据。

Abstract:Taking the 16V240 diesel engine's crankshaft for example,created a three-dimension model through Pro/E.By means of FEM using ANSYS investigated the crankshaft's distortion and stress status of the crankshaft.Then checked the crankshaft's static strength and the fatigue evaluations which provides valuable theoretical foundation for the optimization and improvement of engine design.
