区域水资源区间多目标规划模型及求解

摘    要:以经济、环境、社会的综合效益最大为目标,建立了区域水资源优化配置的区间多目标规划模型,利用基于区间数的可能度不确定转换方法将模型转换为一两层嵌套优化模型,以东营市水资源优化配置为例,运用微分进化算法对模型进行了求解。结果表明,配置方案合理有效。
