摘    要:针对钢筋坑蚀程度直接影响构件抗力性能的问题,基于电化学腐蚀原理,提出使钢筋在较短时间内形成典型坑蚀的一种新试验方法,初步研究了坑蚀对钢筋强度与伸长率的影响规律。结果表明,坑蚀深度是影响钢筋伸长率减小的主要因素,随着坑蚀程度的增加钢筋塑性逐渐下降,强度并不降低甚至有所提高,当坑蚀程度评价的3项指标取值相同时质量损失率反映的锈蚀程度最为严重。

Abstract:Aiming at the pitting corrosion of steel reinforcement, which would directly affect resistance of RC members, based on electrochemical corrosion theory, this paper proposes a new experimental method which could form corrosion pits on reinforcement in a short time. And then the influence of pitting corrosion on the strength and elongation of reinforcing steel is studied preliminarily. The results show that the depth of corrosion pit is the most important factor for reduction of reinforcing steel elongation; the plasticity of reinforcing steel declines gradually as the increasing of pitting corrosion while the strength does not decrease, and even increases; when three evaluation indexes for the degree of corrosion pit are the equal, gravimetric loss rate reflects the most severe corrosion.
