摘    要:以大隆水库下游为例,综合研究了水库下游洪水风险分析技术,采用溃坝模型计算了溃坝洪水流量过程,在其他设计标准洪水下通过水库调度模型计算了相应水库下泄流量过程,通过洪水演进模型模拟洪水淹没过程,计算了淹没水深、范围、流速等多种洪水淹没要素,采用GIS叠置分析方法并结合洪水演进计算结果计算了淹没损失。获得了可信的洪水风险分析结果,为水库下游洪水风险分析提供了技术支持。

Abstract:Taking downstream of Dalong Reservoir for an example, flood risk analysis technology of reservoir downstream is studied. The dam break flood is calculated with dam break model. Under standard of design flood, reservoir discharge is calculated with reservoir dispatch model. Flood routing module is used to simulate flood inundation process and calculate inundation depth, area, velocity. The inundation loss is calculated by combining GIS superposition analysis method and flood routing results. Therefore, it obtains believable flood risk analysis results, which provides technique support for analysis of flood risk in downstream of reservoir.
