| 摘 要： | 从研究水资源配置方案的特点着手,总结出水资源配置方案优选的评价指标体系,运用三标度法确定各指标的相对权重,结合模糊数学对水资源配置方案进行多目标优选决策,并给出了实例。结果表明:三标度法简单明了,使用方便,适用于水资源配置方案优选等多目标复杂系统。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the characteristic of water resources allocation schemes, using three-demarcation method to determine the relative meights of indexes and the theory of fuzzy mathematics to choice the optimal multiple-objective decision for water resources allocation scheme, the indexes evaluation system for optimal water resources allocation scheme is formulated. Application example is given. Results show that three-demarcation method is simple and useful for multi-objective complex system of water resources allocation schemes. |
