摘    要:为研究水库优化调度方案在水位、流量及出力控制模式下的实施效果,以发电量最大为目标建立优化调度模型并求解,选取发电效益、水位越限风险率及弃水量构建评价指标体系,对不同水库运行工况下的调度方案实施过程进行仿真计算,并评价其实施效果。小漩水电站的实例应用结果表明,水位控制模式对应的水位越限风险率最低,但弃水量最大导致其发电效益最差;流量控制模式与出力控制模式对应的水位越限风险率相差不大,但出力控制模式弃水量更少,发电效益更高。因此,出力控制模式可作为调度方案实施过程中的首选模式。

Comparative Study on Three Implementation Modes of Reservoir Optimal Operation Scheme
Abstract:In order to study the implementation effect of optimal operation scheme of hydropower station in water level control mode, flow control mode and output control mode, this paper established an optimal operation model taking the maximum power generation as the objective function, and selected power generation benefit, water level over-limit risk rate and water abandonment as the evaluation index system to simulate the implementation process and evaluate the implementation effect of the operation scheme under different working conditions. The calculation result of Xiaoxuan hydropower station shows that although the water level control mode has the lowest risk rate, the maximum spilled water results in the least power generation benefit; The flow control mode and the output control mode have similar water level over-limit risk, but the output control mode has less spilled water and more power generation benefit. Therefore, the output control mode can be used as the preferred mode in the implementation of operation scheme.
