摘    要:为解决交流特高压输电线路验电难题,基于微机电系统(MEMS)电场传感器及非接触式验电器的工作原理,通过仿真计算确定了档中、塔头位置的验电区域及验电器报警阈值要求,结合试验对MEMS非接触式验电器报警阈值进行了校准,并在特高压线路开展了非接触式验电器的现场应用。结果表明,当MEMS非接触式验电器报警阈值设定为25kV/m,档中位置时验电器置于距离导线10~15m的区域内、塔头位置时验电器朝导线方向伸出距离塔身、横担2m区域即可准确判断线路带电情况。

Study of Non-contact Voltage Detector of 1 000 kV UHV AC Based on MEMS Electric Field Sensor
Abstract:In order to solve the problem of voltage detecting for UHV AC transmission lines, this paper introduced the non-contact voltage detector, which based on electric field sensor produced by the technology of microelectromechanical systems (MEMS). The detecting area and alarm threshold requirements of the non-contact voltage detector were determined by simulation calculation, and corrected the threshold by experiments. The application was carried out on the UHV AC transmission lines. The result shows that by setting the alarm threshold of the non-contact voltage detector to 25 kV/m, and placing the detector in the area 10-15 m away from the conductor when detecting far away from the tower, or placing the detector 2 m away from the tower toward the conductor at the tower body, the detector can effectively identify whether the conductor is power on or off.
