一起500kV断路器操作箱插件烧损故障原因分析及防范措施

为了查找某电站500kV线路保护装置传动试验过程中断路器操作箱A相合闸插件烧损原因,分析了保护装置传动试验方法、过程及断路器操作箱防跳回路、本体机构防跳回路设计,找出故障原因是断路器A相合闸回路中常闭辅助接点52b/1在A相合闸到位后未及时切换打开,从而导致断路器操作箱A相合闸插件中的防跳继电器2TBUJA接点长时间拉弧烧损。为了避免此类故障,提出了校核调整断路器辅助接点、采用断路器机构本体防跳回路和完善保护传动试验方法的防范措施。

Cause Analysis and Countermeasures of Burnout of 500 kV Circuit Breaker Operation Box Closing Plug-in

Phase A closing plug-in of 500 kV circuit breaker operation box was burned out during the transmission test in a 500 kV substation, which was resulted from not timely switching of circuit breaker auxiliary contact, and driving a large current long time of phase A closing plug-in anti-tripping relay 2TBUJA. Then the countermeasures which effectively prevents the burning of operation box closing plug-in are adjusting the auxiliary contact of circuit breaker, using the circuit breaker body anti-tripping circuit and improving the transmission test.
