| 摘 要： | 以龙背湾水电站面板堆石坝土石方调配为例，针对土石方调配问题，将土石方调配系统视为一个大系统，系统分析了调配过程中工程进度、道路情况、天气情况等影响因素及开挖和填筑等各方面的相互联系与制约关系，基于大系统理论建立土石方调配模型，获得了拟定进度下合理的土石方调配方案，为龙背湾水电站工程土石方调配施工组织设计提供了可靠依据。

| Abstract: | Taking earth rock allocation of faced rock fill dam of Longbei Bay hydropower station as an example, the system of earth rock allocation is regarded as a large scale system. And then the influencing factors (project schedule, road situation and weather) in allocation of the earth rock are systematically analyzed. At the same time, the mutually correlation and restricted relationship between excavation and filling are concerned. Finally, the theory of large scale system is used to establish the earth rock allocation model. Reasonable earth rock allocation scheme under the drafted schedule is obtained, which provides a reliable basis for construction organization design of Longbei Bay hydropower station earth rock allocation. |
