摘    要:为增强电网调度员驾驭电网的能力,提出了多维制约关系下的电网稳定规定的电子解析方法,形成标准化的稳定控制措施,构建了电网稳定限额专家库,并设置多段报警值,为规范化的稳控规定构建创造基础;研究了基于D5000系统实时信息的稳定限额自动识别技术,将电网的实时运行方式与专家库稳定规则进行自动匹配与智能校核,锁定拟合程度最优的稳定规则,实现电网稳定规定专家系统的自学习功能;提出基于当前电网运行方式的稳定限额自适应调整策略,将更新的稳控限额及时提供给调度人员,辅助调控人员对输电断面实施多维度动态监控,完成电网稳控策略智能在线计算分析并提供预决策功能,从而有效地增强电网调度员对电网的控制水平。

Automatic Identification for Transmission Section Stability Rules and Adaptive Adjustment Technology for Stability Control Limits
Abstract:In order to enhance the ability of the dispatcher to control the power grid, an electronic analytical method for grid stability regulations under multi dimensional constraints was proposed to form standardized stable control measures and establish expert database of grid stability quotas as well as set multiple alarm values, which provides the basis for construction of standardized stability regulations. The automatic identification technology based on real time information of D5000 system was studied. The real time operation mode of the power grid and the stability rules of the expert database were automatically matched to find the stability rules with the best fitting degree, which realizes the self learning function of the expert system under the grid stability regulation. Adaptive adjustment strategy based on the current grid operation mode was proposed. The updated stability control quota was provided to the dispatchers in time to implement multi dimensional dynamic monitoring of the transmission section, and complete the intelligent online calculation analysis of the grid stability control strategy, and provide pre decision function, which enhances the control level of the grid dispatcher effectively.
