摘    要:为了研究运行控制参数对水电机组水锤效应和调频能力的影响,首先以实际机组为例,研究了运行状态和控制参数对水锤效应的影响;然后通过仿真分析得到了可减弱水锤效应的控制参数调整方法;最后研究了减弱水锤效应对水电机组的调频能力的影响。结果表明,水轮机反调峰效应对暂态频率影响较弱,远小于旋转惯量造成的影响。减小水锤效应虽短时有利机组调频,但会造成调速系统性能降低,总体上不利于电网的频率控制。

Impact of Operation Control on Water Hammer Effect and Frequency Modulation Ability
Abstract:This paper investigates the influence of operation control parameters on water hammer effect and frequency modulation ability of hydro turbine. Firstly, the effect of operating state and control parameters on water hammer effect is studied. Through the simulation analysis, the control parameter adjustment method for reducing the water hammer effect is obtained. Finally, the influence of reducing water hammer effect on frequency modulation ability of hydropower unit is studied. The results show that the inverse peak regulation effect of hydro turbine is weak, whose influence is much smaller than that of rotational inertia. Although the water hammer effect is temporarily beneficial to the frequency modulation, it will reduce the performance of the speed regulation system, which is generally not conducive to the frequency control of the power grid.
